At Jalco Lifestyle, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and excellent service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return:
The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. A valid invoice or order number must be provided. The return request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Note: Products from the Dream Box joining package are non-refundable unless damaged or defective.
To initiate a return:

2. Provide your order number, contact details, and reason for return.
3. Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide instructions for sending the product back.
4. Ship the item to the address provided by our support team.
> The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable courier service to avoid lost shipments.
₹250 will be deducted for maintenance and restocking.
₹150 will be deducted for courier charges.
Total deduction: ₹400 per return.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
A refund will be processed within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued via Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe, or Bank Transfer.
No cash refunds will be provided.
The following products are not eligible for return:
Used or opened products.
Products received more than 7 days ago.
Dream Box joining package unless damaged or defective.
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
After verification, we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
